Where did this idea originate?

I am a “hearing impaired” hunter with extremely limited calling skills. I was looking for something that would attract ducks to me without calling. I also hunt alone and prefer “free roaming.” This means I must transport my equipment long distances. I need something that was easily transported and could be set up under many different conditions. This system has proven to meet these needs and be very effective at attracting birds to my limited number of decoys.
